Welcome to this online portfolio for my WBA unit at UCG.

Who am I?

My name is Joshua Parsons and I am a 21 year old student that is currently studying BA (hons) Digital Television and Video Production at University Centre Grimsby. Throughout my time at university, I have helped produce programmes such as: On The Bench and That Friday Show for Estuary TV during 2013 and 2014.

What can I do?

• Can use Final Cut Pro 7 & Adobe Premiere Pro CS6
• Can use Sony Z1; Z7; XDCAM EX1; XDCAM EX3
• Able to capture sound on location using Tascam DR60-D, using in-camera controls w/rifle mic

Where do I want to be in the next 5 years?

• Working in industry as an online editor making TV shows, news packages, etc.

OR

• Working as a freelance editor/videographer making corporate videos and wedding videos
